Nurses from community services- Elected

I am Joe-Anna Juneria Camille, a nursing professional with 24 years of experience in clinical practice, critical care and emergency care. I hold a Certificate in General Nursing, a Diploma in Emergency Nursing, a Bachelor of Nursing (Advanced Practice), and a Master of Nursing (Nursing Education). Currently, I practice as a Nurse Manager in an elderly care home, leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centered care for older adults. I am responsible for care planning, staff development, and ensuring best practices in aged care services. In addition, I proudly represent the council as a Community Nurse, promoting public health, supporting community care initiatives, and advocating for improved health services for the elderly and the wider population. With a strong foundation in both clinical and educational roles, I am committed to advancing nursing practice, supporting community health, and enhancing the quality of care for the elderly.
